That fight wasn't fair. You can't put those classic MK guys vs. the new generation of SF guys. The old MK guys are just too slow. The MK 3 guys, though, would be a better match.

It is MUGEN. A free game available online that can essentially be described as Create-A-Fighting-Game. You can download stages, characters, and such from various sites, and there are tutorials on Youtube itself on how to put it together. Be wary, as some characters are obscenely overpowered (especially the homemade ones, such as some Evil Ryus, Dark Chunli, Sephiroth, Nightmare SSJ3, and joke characters such as Omega Tom Hanks).
