Musikfest is held in Bethlehem, PA. This year marked (I believe) the 27th celebration. As for Frank's mask, I've no clue!! He does remove it after his performance. Then he mingles with the fans and signs autographs. :-)

I asked him one time at Musikfest. He said he wears the mask because the carillons are usually heard from bell towers and no one ever sees the performer. There is a full explanation on the official website in the FAQ section.

Frank is the Best! I saw Him a couple times during Musikfest 2007.
