If you care about people then you should have brains enough to go to the frozen food section of ANY store and by Gardein meats. You can use it for any recipe or alone. @kooksamurai the only thing that is lacking in a vegan diet is B-12, my doctors are all vegans. B-12 comes from soil that the animals eat. It is NOT natural in their bodies. Did you know that 80 percent of the blood that is an aftermath of the killing is used as blood meal and is fed back to the animals. Plus they troll the bottom of the oceans and feed cows fish which is soooo not natural to our bodies. B-12 is very cheap.

Chances say in life that you will never find another person in your life that has lived the exact same way as you have or shares the exact same ideologies.
There are several sides to the story , don't just blindly defend your side.
why can't everyone just respect each others life styles? i don't understand this at all... i am a vegan. and the only one in my family. i do get crap for it. but i don't give crap to them for eating meat. why is everyone trying to convert one another to what THEY believe is a better way of living? I'm pretty sure not everyone wants to see an innocent animal die. but that's life people, they're going die someday anyway. why do we feel that we have to denounce others for what they believe?
@CarebearsUnite this is not a "life style". The choice to eat animals requires their killing. Animals do not wish to die. Their lives are taken by force... So who exactly is intolerant of "others"? There's a difference between dying naturally - left to live your entire life span and a difference between being deliberately raised just to be slaughtered. It's not necessary - I ask why can't you respect the lives of animals?
@beaelliott What is a life span for you, because of modern medicine your able to live to your 70's or higher. and animal lives are taken even when thier in the wild. There a reason for carnivor, omnivors, and herbavors(pardon my english).

people can at any time in their lives become vegetarians without anybody to force them. Would this solve the slaughter house problem? Nope because the cats and dogs would still need to be fed their meals of meat. Unless like in the olden days dogs were just eating milk and bread...would this work with cats? not quite sure and I have not heard of any cats only eating veggies.

If you care about people then you should have brains enough to go to the frozen food section of ANY store and by Gardein meats. You can use it for any recipe or alone. @kooksamurai the only thing that is lacking in a vegan diet is B-12, my doctors are all vegans. B-12 comes from soil that the animals eat. It is NOT natural in their bodies. Did you know that 80 percent of the blood that is an aftermath of the killing is used as blood meal and is fed back to the animals. Plus they troll the bottom of the oceans and feed cows fish which is soooo not natural to our bodies. B-12 is very cheap.

@CarebearsUnite this is not a "life style". The choice to eat animals requires their killing. Animals do not wish to die. Their lives are taken by force... So who exactly is intolerant of "others"? There's a difference between dying naturally - left to live your entire life span and a difference between being deliberately raised just to be slaughtered. people can at any time in their lives become vegetarians without anybody to force them. Would this solve the slaughter house problem? Nope because the cats and dogs would still need to be fed their meals of meat. Unless like in the olden days dogs were just eating milk and bread...would this work with cats? not quite sure and I have not heard of any cats only eating veggies.

Just like most smokers have been lectured to. Just as I, as an atheist, have been lectured and harassed for not being Christian. I applaud you for not being one of them, but don't think it happens rarely or not at all.
