Go for the yz 85. more powerfull and lighter then the kawi 100 or the KAWAzuki 100 (yellow kx, not made anymore)

20 lbs lighter then CRF150R, 4 more hp and about $1500 less then the honda. oh and a bajillion times more reliable, the hondas eat there valves for breakfast.

I have to agree with you but yz 85's are very agressive but not more powerful than kawi 100. plus the size is more user friendly for anyone over 5'5. rm, kx, and yz are all about the smae just different.

True dat about being agressive. if its a non-agro rider and like to just ride and have fun but dont care about insaine power I would route them to a TTR 125 LE, super easy to ride, and just a hoot.( and a ton of hop ups, like inverted forks and big bores etc etc) if there taller a 230 then. I just can't wait for Yamaha's new 125 and 150's in 09. there gunna be sick!

I have to dissagree with you about the 150. I think its more agressive than the YZ85 and has one more hp. Not to say that the 85 is a bad bike, they are still reaslly nice bikes. And your right about the price, the 150 is a little on the expencive side. But hondas are way more reliable than yamahas.

crf 150 isn't that big. its basically the same size as a rm85 kx85 yz85 ext. therefore you should just get the CRF 150 R. The R makes all the difference.

thats too small for a thirteen yearold. a two stroke 85 is more powerful. you should ge a suzuki 100 2 stroke or kx100 which is also a 2 stroke.

get a kawasaki...there are over 100,000 mods for it that make it super fun, fast and agressive. I have a klx110 and fixed it all up with a 180cc big bore kit,carburater,4 gear tranny,yoshimura pipe,completw MX style suspension...that bike kicks ass and it can keep up with the all new crf150r
