i heard a cell phone ring while tramping in the bush. it was up a tree , and then the cell phone flew to another tree......and no, i cant really believe it either......it was a TUI !

this was on the track up to Welcome Flat Hut. anyone else heard anything like that ???

I know Tui's are Great Mimics but to me that just sounded like a normal Tui call. Maybe with a bit of a twist but thats what Tui's do at times. Either way its bit of a stretch to say it is mimicking the Pizza Jingle!

The Inglewood tuis are not very convincing - it's only four notes and they might or might not be mimicking the Pizza Hut ad - or for that matter the Hallelujah Chorus! (If it is a marketing ploy by Pizza Hut it's a bit of a shame they never get past 0800 lol. )I will continue to reserve my admiration for WoofWoof.
