you move like a chameleon in this video, ..... i have so many of your vids favourited so i can practice, but the smooth way you move in this one really makes me marvel at the beauty/potential of the human body.

I lost pretty much all of my flexibility. I just started following your videos, I've only done them a few times and I can already see a difference.
Ok, I've been doing your yoga routines for less than a week and I can already notice a huge difference in my body! I cannot say "thank you" enough! Really!
thanks for sharing this great stuff. i'm a software developer and i've been struggling with neck/shoulder/back tension and spinal "crunchiness" for years. you've made yoga accessible and natural (not-weird) for me. when i'm having a rough day, i'll take a few minutes of lunchtime to do one of your routines for flexibility or balance. it always lifts my spirit and relaxes me. to date, i've never even had a co-worker gawk at me!-)
Tara, Can you use some different music? I love to watch your routines, but I'm tired of the same sounding music....! Thanks for posting your practice, it helps me so much!
