  • thanks so much for these videos! one of my new years resolutions was to get into yoga and see how i like because it sounded like such a great thing. now i add it into the end of my work outs and practice and i love it!! :)

  • I just wanted to say thank you so much for these videos. I was in rhythmic gymnastics for 10 years and was pretty flexible, but three years ago I had to quite because of college. I lost pretty much all of my flexibility. I just started following your videos, I've only done them a few times and I can already see a difference.

  • Ok, I've been doing your yoga routines for less than a week and I can already notice a huge difference in my body! I cannot say "thank you" enough! Really!

  • thanks for sharing this great stuff. i'm a software developer and i've been struggling with neck/shoulder/back tension and spinal "crunchiness" for years. you've made yoga accessible and natural (not-weird) for me. when i'm having a rough day, i'll take a few minutes of lunchtime to do one of your routines for flexibility or balance. it always lifts my spirit and relaxes me. to date, i've never even had a co-worker gawk at me!-)
