the new Ford 5.4 3V engines have lots of power right off the lot. my dad just bought a 2010 F150 with the 5.4 and it creamed my uncles chevy with a 5.7L. and we were even pulling a tralior. The 6 speed tranny helps alot to

Guess it don't matter now, with 4 new motors coming out for Ford, Chevy won't stand a chance. I find it funny that the new Ecoboost 6 cylinder has more TQ than Chevy's big bad 6.2L LMAO... and the sad part is if you go to a Chevy dealer you can't find a 6.2 on the lot anyways cause they won't sell.

@lilfarmrboy19950 chevys suck, lol I raced some bitch at my old school with my little 4.2l V6 1999 f150 against his big bad 6.2l v8 gmc sierra denali, he makes a big deal about how hes got 300 hp and ive got 230hp. some dumbass's well never learn never suspect that just cuz someones engine is small doesnt mean there slow, lol I shut his ass up. ive got a few mods intake, tuner, exhaust, the simple stuff. lol fuck chevy and their Vortec piece of shit engines

I've ridden in my buddie's 07 gmc sierra 2wd with the 4.8. That thing has absolutely no bottom end power whatsoever. It didn't seem like it had any power until at least 5000 rpms, then it had to shift. He's done an intake and exhaust. I can tell you it didn't exactly put me back into the seat. That's the thing with ford. They built that 5.4 to have it's torque peak out at a lower rpm than any other manufacturer. I don't know anyone who drives around at 5000 rpms all the time.

i use to be a big big dodge guy but after the auto bail out im a big big fan of ford. ive always hated chevy. this does look to be fake cause you took off so far ahead but i think its cause you got the jump on him but then again, the guy next to the gmc stayed with him for a little while so im guessing he was racing too lol.

Mached up to more torque blah blah blah no its not about that its about how good youre transmission is. I know that in fords when you gas it it waits till you get to really high rpms so that it can speed up quicker when it has a full load on the back

but the new F150 2009 5.4L 6 speed 330hp stock engine supercrew it take from 0 to 60 : 8.6 sec
