homage is only to a King (Jesuse), even Mary does so -- read her Magnificat: MY SOUL MAGNIFIES THE LORD, we don't pay homage to Mary -- do you love YOUR earthly mother? do you look at her picture and remember and have good thoughts of her? this is how GOOD Catholics view Mary, our Mother of our Lord...You DO believe Mary was Jesus' mother, right? do you celebrate the birth of our Lord at Christmas? did Mary or someone else give birth to Jesus? she is Mother Mary .... there ya go!

Our Lady of Lourdes is also a title of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mary is real and is being praised by an angel in Luke 1:28, a saint in Luke 1:42 and even the Lord Jesus Christ Luke 11:28.

It is not against the will of God to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary because in Proverbs 31:30 it says "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain but a woman who honors the LORD she should be praised." Mary is a perfect example! Mary said I am the handmaid of the Lord let it be done to me as you say. Luke 1:38

This is NOT IDOL WORSHIP at it's worst! :) An IDOL according to the bible 1Corinthians 8:4"...We know that an idol is without existence and there is no God but one". Our Lady of Fatima is one of the titles of Mary, Mary is REAL Luke 1:27 and is appearing in Fatima and these are its fruits Conversion, Peace, Reconciliation, Prayer, Fasting, Penance, Healing of body and spirit, and many sinners went back to the Lord Jesus asking pardon for their sins. Surely the antichrist CANNOT DO THAT!

The Blessed Virgin Mary for us is not a god or goddess, that's why we don't worship her, we are just following what the scripture says "Charm is deceptive and beauty fleeting; the woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30 Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ will be very happy if we honor His Mother the Blessed Virgin Mary. :)
