I'm trying to decide between the powerclear 180 and the toro 221q. I already own a toro 826 two stage blower. I wanted something for the smaller snowfalls and to clean up the 1/2 inch or so the big two stage leaves. I like the compact size of the 180. You can fold it up and tuck it away but it seems underpowered. The 221 might be overkill with the two stage. How has the 180 held up for you? Is it fine for small snowfalls?
@workensmart go for the toro 180 i was just at home depot debating the same thing.....2 things made my decision.....1 its by far lighter then the mtd so if u have to carry it in any way its a huge plus...and a full 2 year warranty while the mtd is limited..took 15 min to assemble filled with sae 5w-30 as recommended and gas 2 primes two pulls worked like dream on 6inches of compacted snow that fell off my car shelter
@aheartattack1 Thanks for the reply but I found two Toro power lite's in the garbage I took both of them completely apart and built one good snow thrower from the parts. I made a video of it check it out.

@MDizzel16 yeah they are only 40 pounds to so you can just use them all day and you don't get tired.

@workensmart yeah and another thing is you can pick them up and use them on porches and decks
