@verkazzian Yes! She is still very petite. At 4.5, she weighs in at 32.5lbs and is almost to 40 inches. I have allowed her 2 months of FF in her Radian, but next week she has to go back to RF for the winter. (We get terrible winters and I just cant justify FF her when she is so small still.)
I know, its so awesome. We have an older Radian (only RF to 33lbs) so I am contemplating if we should turn her in 3lbs or get a new Radian and continue to RF for another year or more. She is going on 4....
Ooops. I didnt mean to delete your last comment. Sorry!
At any rate, I am not thrilled with the Complete Air. First and foremost, I do not trust Dorel. Second, most techs and others in the know say its a PITA to install. Third, I know Radians work for my car. I dont want to buy another seat and take a chance that it wont install.
did you ever sell it?? lol I had a true fit but sold it cause I want the 40 lb rear facing limits that the radians have, but gosh the true fit is so much easier to install than a radian
I actually traded this TF for a Radian. This TF does NOT install easy in my car one bit. In fact, its a total PITA. The Radian is very compatible with my car and I can tether it RF, which makes me happy.
She didnt outgrow the Boulevard. I sent it back because the company I bought it from sent me a seat that only RF to 33lbs, and I wanted one that RF to 35lbs. Then we had to move up north, so I didn't have the money for a new seat until this year.
I love this True Fit, but Im trying to sell this one now, because it is not all that comptible with my car. Which is a shame, because I really do love this seat.
Nope. Not at all! This seat is designed to do both rear and forward facing. But rear facing is proven time and time again to be safer, as the spinal column is not fully developed until 3-6 years old.
If we were in an accident, the seat would cradle her head, neck, and spine and take the brunt of the crash force. If she were forward facing, her neck would be taking the brunt of the force, which would literally separate her skull from her spinal cord.
cute! I want a true fit.. but that would be stupid since I have a MR 65, a marathon, two radians, two apex 65's and a parkway and hb turbobooster.. I think I am set.. I am trying to sell a few but no bites.. which means no true fit.
Thanks for showing off your rear facing toddler! I can't believe she was under 30lbs at 3 years old. A dream child for erf, no? :-)

I think she is pretty darn cute myself!
We just recently traded this for a Radian, which actually installs in my car better. I will need to get a video up of that one, too.

Wow, that seat definitely has more space than a Boulevard! Did she outgrow her Boulevard? And she is so cute! She looks so grown up now.

I am actually trying to sell this seat, as I would prefer a Marathon. They are more compatible with my car than this TF is.
Ive installed TF's in other cars, and there was no problem. Its just this car. It only works in the middle...
