Oh and yes, I have Wii Fit Plus and I looovvvee ittt. A lot of the games on it don't give you much of a workout, but the free run, free step aerobics, the yoga routines, and strength training routines actually are pretty good workouts compared the rest.

i don't own WII, I am an XBOX person, therefore, I will have Kenectix, but, I agree, too much money just to get motivated to get off your butt. I pick up my game about once a month maybe twice. I won't buy the WII, have heard the graphics suck and I may as well spend less buying an older obsolete system.

I like the wii concept because at least you get up and move rather than sit on your ass twiddling your thumbs , which does make it healthier than sitting on your arse but anything is better than sitting down really.
