@TheTroubadour1221 Go to the shop and look at the portfolios. They can't force you to get tattooed by an apprentice or someone who is just starting out. You can request to be tattooed by a specific person, as its your money and your body.

I just got my arm sleeved out a few days ago (just linework). For some reason, the worst spot for me was the top of my shoulder, inside by the armpit. There were extra nerves there, i'd say a 8 or 9 on a scale of 10 for pain. The inner arm and inner forearm joint was about a 6 on the scale. The back of the arm heading into the inside arm was kind of tender too, about a 6 or 7 in pain but the shoulder sucked.

But just because its an easy spot to get tattooed doesn't mean you didn't feel pain. Its ok to feel pain. Pain is just your body registering that you've been damaged. Across the top by your collar bones, on the sides next to your arm pits, and in the center of your sternum and where the top of your rib cage meets (the solar plexus) will hurt the most (especially that last one, JEEBUS did that sting.) The fleshy chest area will be a walk in the park in comparison. I won't lie, it will be rough. But you'll survive. :)
And if you watch my videos, you'll see that I have yet to get any tattoos on my legs, so I'm not sure. It depends on where on the thigh. I imagine the top is probably really easy. outside is probably easy, inside is probably sensitive and the back of the thigh is probably horrible, but I'm just guessing.
