  • i want to do this song in my church but not everyone is deaf who sings this song?

  • @BurpleNurples I love the Junita Bynum version.

  • Thank you so much! I'm a sign language interpreter, and I've been teaching my cousin that's in the video how to sign, she's much better now, and we need to do some updates, but i'll be posting videos doing sign language showing people different things. Thank you so much and God bless!!!!

  • Hi, I am deaf. I saw video but did not watch full because I'm tired. I see people complain about no sound. Wow! You all would not last being deaf. Sweetie, you said you are learning so it is not expected for you be perfect. You are learning our language and that alone say a lot. Don't let anyone discourage you in your growth. GOD Bless.

  • dont let anybody tell you different....you did well.....you know what your point was.......and you taught me something cause i didnt know the signs for jireh or nicey or shalom so now i now i know how to do them...thanks

  • @joannmorgan74 i love that song, but this was difficult because how do u know if the words were signed correct. i love to watch but this video was a bit boring. Lack of Audio.

  • wack!!

  • WACK??!!! LET ME C U DO BETTER!!!!!

  • I'm not calling you wack per say.....I'm calling the video wack!! Why would you post the video so no one could hear the song!! I'm taking ASL classes. I sign in church. My best friends mom is deaf. While that does not make me an expert signer, I am no novice. It would have been better and made more sense if there was audio!!

  • This is to get better at your receipting

  • "Because of Who You Are" is a hard song for a person just learning sign langauge to do and it's a hard song for a person who knows sign language to recieve. I say that because if a person has never heard the song or doesn't understand the conept of (and the signs for) Jehovah Jireh, Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Shalom it can be confusing. But I do commend you for tackling such a song. However I was looking forward to seeing this song and hearing the words beacuse it is such a powerful song.

  • @krAmIt33555 i agree. she should have had the music in the background.

  • OK, where is the music? and your face expression?

  • well im just learing how to sign but i will get to facial expressions and i am listening to the music through the head phones

  • @elginjr2009 You're doing a fine job for starter. Right now I feel I don't care what people think about audio missing because if one doesn't hear anyway, than it is the visual that is important. I would hope people respect that. No worries, just keep having fun with the signing and sign-songs and slowly add in facial grammar and expressions with emotions. You actually already display subtle passion, which is good. Enjoy!
