With edo tensei of itachi coming back he destroys the Shisui magekyu in the crow he put into Naruto with Amaterasu to escape Kabuto Yakushi naruto is also shown to have intherted Shisui's goals. I think it's more likely that he will unlock the body of the sage as opposed to his eyes which is yet to be seen. The ten-tails body still live in the moon. As seen with nagato his body couldn't take the rinnegan.

to answer ur ?, we gotta go back to something yamato once said. do u remember how he talked about how he created wood? it was two of the primary elements to create a secondary one. Possibly the dark and light manipulations are secondary elements using two of the basic elements. Or it could be some kind of technique that only certain clans possess. Such as the sharingan can only be possessed by the Uchiha (kakashi has one, but dat's a different story) and the akamichi have the expansion jutsu.
The rinnegan is better than the sharingan. Lacks the same copy speed, but it give the user has the ability to learn any technique. The sharingan is limited. What I mean is Kakashi states that most ninjas two excel in two types more than the others. Kakashi uses water and lightning far more often than any other types. Itachi uses Wate and Fire the most, and Sasuke uses fire and lightning the most. Ino's father states that Pain's affinity to all types could make him capable of any jutsu.
As far as copying multi shadow clone jutsu goes, I'm not saying that Rinnegan could do it better. I'm saying that the Sharingan is not supreme in it's copy ability. The Rinnegan's abilities are more mysterous right now, but Jiriaya states that it's is without a dought the strongest of the three eye techs.

That just gave me an idea. The sixth element could possibly be electromagnetic radiation. This would account for the way that pain can communicate between bodies (radio waves) and also for the fact that a lot of people think light/dark is the sixth element - light is a form of electromagnetic radiation. My guess is when you probably learn all 5 natures, you either learn Light Manipulation or Darkness Manipulation. That will probably be the 6th element. If you remember when Kakashi was explaining Nature Manipulation to Naruto, he said something about Light and Dark elements. Idk it's just a suggestion.

I mean he could do water/eind to make ice, or earth/water to do wood. that sucks that we didnt get to see much use of chakra nature while he lived. just about high lvl attacks. all the jutsu he used seemed to be above nature use.

byakugan- 360 degree vision/detects all points of chakra flow
sharingan- reads all nin/gen/taijutsu. Has a high level of genjutsu, ohh it also shows chakra in different colors
rinnegan- possesses life and death, can read movements with multiple eyes (sort of like um.....multiple camera's) that's all i know about the rinnegan

to answer ur ?, we gotta go back to something yamato once said. do u remember how he talked about how he created wood? it was two of the primary elements to create a secondary one. Possibly the dark and light manipulations are secondary elements using two of the basic elements. Or it could be some kind of technique that only certain clans possess. Such as the sharingan can only be possessed by the Uchiha (kakashi has one, but dat's a different story) and the akamichi have the expansion jutsu.

The rinnegan is better than the sharingan. Lacks the same copy speed, but it give the user has the ability to learn any technique. The sharingan is limited. Sasuke can't copy lee because of his speed. He can't copy naruto because his clones take too much chakra. He can't copy Haku because it's a kekegenkei. Sharingan users seem to stick to two elemental types. Using it drains chakra, which is dangerous, Also the user could try to copy a tech that requires too much chakra .

2 elemental types? kakashi has water, lightning, fire, earth(fire is obvious.. so it lightning.. he uses water against kisame and itachi.. and earth when going underground vs sasuke) thats 4 elements.. also when u said sharingan cant copy narutos shadow clones but rinnengan can.. both can.. and neither sasuke nor nagato could do as many clones no matter which eye they posses u make no sense.. also u learn bloodline limits with rinnengan stop making up shi tlol

What I mean is Kakashi states that most ninjas two excel in two types more than the others. Kakashi uses water and lightning far more often than any other types. Itachi uses Wate and Fire the most, and Sasuke uses fire and lightning the most. Ino's father states that Pain's affinity to all types could make him capable of any jutsu.

As far as copying multi shadow clone jutsu goes, I'm not saying that Rinnegan could do it better. I'm saying that the Sharingan is not supreme in it's copy ability. The Rinnegan's abilities are more mysterous right now, but Jiriaya states that it's is without a dought the strongest of the three eye techs.

I think, it's the space/time ninjutsu. Because, this type of ninjutsu is a kind of a blood line trait and it cannot be derived from anyother basic elements, i.e. earth, wind, lightning, etc. But, there are no confirmed answers about this one.

most likely the 6th is sound. The piercings in Pein's body communicate by vibrating. the chakra channels through the sound and thats how they communicate to each other. the show even featured a sound ninja. it cant be more obvious.

That just gave me an idea. The sixth element could possibly be electromagnetic radiation. This would account for the way that pain can communicate between bodies (radio waves) and also for the fact that a lot of people think light/dark is the sixth element - light is a form of electromagnetic radiation. It could sorta make sense but I don't really think it's that.

well, the last manipulation of chakra is "god" which heals the dead peins....
and for the other who are confused.... pein is NOT the six path sage.... he is a thouand times stronger.... pein uses chibaku tensei as a final tech and only the size of a village.....while the sge used chibaku tensei only as another normal tech and could easily create moons with it....Nagato says it himslf in 439....

My guess is when you probably learn all 5 natures, you either learn Light Manipulation or Darkness Manipulation. That will probably be the 6th element. If you remember when Kakashi was explaining Nature Manipulation to Naruto, he said something about Light and Dark elements. Idk it's just a suggestion.
