What do you do when Boot Camp Assistant says ""Back up the disc and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disc and try using Boot Camp Assistant again"

Because I'm lost, i go into disk utility and i select the volume and it doesn't give me the option to format and it says Mac OS Extended (Journaled) is the current format.

Im so confused please help.

PS. I have Backed up everything using a Time Capsule.

OH and all you losers below who can get this to work on your first try, YOUR ISO of W7 is messed up! Make sure you use Alcohol 120% or similar to burn image, OR simply use the Mac disk utility option that worked for me! Otherwise get a pc!

To avoid all the messing about with graphics drivers and deleting system files simply connect your mac to another monitor via mini display port (use mirror setting in system pref/displays/arrangement). Do this at the beginning .
