it is not illegal to film federal check points. On youtube there are a few check point warriors that film border check points inside the usa all the time... Next time should this shit happen again... tell the man that you would appreciate it if the would not lie to your face about it... and if they ever grab your cam and erase it. there are free progams only that can recover deleted stuff... just make sure you dont take another pic after deletion.

Something just happened in the Gulf. We got a report that another rig blew and eleven more are dead off Venice. Not yet confirmed, can't get through, no word back yet. Monday there was a FLEET of military jets heading due East over the Gulf. When I say fleet I do mean a fleet of about forty, that we saw with our tree line blocking partial view of the Gulf.
I love the way he claims that it is illegal to film these machines. After the TSA put videos of these machines all over the News.
