I found this while in class today, at one point my leg spasmed out and i almost flipped my table. Things like this creeps me out, it was slightly embarrasing.
@Lejmej so you want billions of people to suffer and die>? would you like to be the first? I dont think you would. Human life is too precious. finding other ways to prevent world destruction is the priority over options mass extermination. thats a dangerous thought.
You're both wrong, there's nothing we can possibly do to destroy the world, incase you forgot when this all began it was lava and fire, hadean earth and all, humankind gives itself too much credit; if we fired every nuke on the planet something would survive, in a few million years life would come back, different... Futhermore I'm pretty sure people would adapt if a bursting disease came about... You'd need something more infectious, like an idea, to wipe out humankind.
@EurypharPelecanoides When we talk about world destruction, we mean the world getting to a point where life cannot inhabit it anymore. If humans and other life cannot live sustainably on this planet, why care about the planet itself? I know it sounds a bit harsh but it is true amongst most. lol people will always agree on how the earth began but I do agree the planet itself will always be around until the suns supernova. However, Lemej n I refer to world destruction in this life habitability way
My point is that life evolves, it would be very, very difficult for us to render the planet unable to sustain life. Even if every multicellular organism were killed, in time, new multicellular organisms would come about. Life would go on. There are already so many different organisms adapted in such diverse ways, that suggesting we have any real power is pathetic. Oh and my point was that no matter how nasty things get, something will thrive. Ie chernobyl radiophile fungi, archea etc.
@EurypharPelecanoides I do agree with you on adaptation and organisms thriving etc. but realistically if there was a nuclear holocaust there would be several billions of people to feed. yes your right, somethings would survive maybe some organisms here and there, but again nothing on the scale to support human life the way it is now. But i do agree with your points, im just focusing in on human survival rather than other life.
@winga91 First or last makes a small differens... Humans are not designed to last forever.... Life IS precious!! ALL life on the planet Earth!!!! Not just human life. However it seems like we "humans" have no idéa what it means to be human. What we have to realize is that Earth survives without us but we can NOT survive without the Earth
@Lejmej i agree, nothing is designed to ever last forever. And i also agree when you say life is precious...so i was confused when you said "so this on humans would be a blessing..." Firstly, if billions of people died today, it wouldn't change pollution problems in the long run... It would delay it for a few generations. Thats why I said there are other ways to fix this problem such as global cooperation rather than mass human extinction.
We have grown in number to fast for the good of the planet and have to look further then the good of the humans. Sad but true. To end this, I think there is ONE reason for our planet dying and that reason is spelled MONEY!
Hi! My point was to say: If there are no humans there are no artificial pollutions. Ergo: Nature follows it´s rules. We the "Human kind" make our rules with little or no regard to the nature, and just take a good look at where we are going The politicians can not agree about the color of shit, much less enormous tasks, like howe to stop the earth dying from pollutions.
@renekenshin6573 but also essential at preventing population explosion, for example locust. It's like prey vs predator. Each drives the other to evolve. Parasites can actually keep a population healthy believe it or not by removing the weak individuals and if the population cannot adapt, they will remove it altogether or if the population adapts too well, the parasite might become extinct..
@Flamingdragonarse damn asshole you're a stupid, mindless thumbsup whore who cant even think up his own way of being a thumbsup whore. seriously, you have set a new low.

parasites always attack humans.
they have attacked you and you just don't evne know it.
once in your life time , worms. bugs are infested in your stomach and intestines!
student135 7 months ago
Could be a great way to control bugs since each specializes on one species and wouldn't harm useful bugs.
