  • was anyone else watching clopin as he walked around on the stairs above the gargoyles& quasimodo

  • this used to be my favorite thing ever. i was devastated when they got rid of it. thanks for putting it up!

  • I like it better when he was tied on a well and people throwing stuff at him....

  • whether the spelling has errors or theres not all the songs in the play that was in the movie, it's still a wonderful story and play and i LOVED it! the characters did wonderful! i remembered almost all the parts and lines :) just a classic :) they did a marvelous job! (applauses so hard my hands are red) :'D!!

  • If this was made taped in 1999, why is there no Tony Jay as Frollo? ;_____; God, this version of him is just not as good as Tony's. :'( R.I.P.

  • @MagicKingdom71, @DancerNowAndForever I have Corrected it. so please stop the name calling, This is a kid friendly channel and I really would like the cyber bullying to stop. thank you.

  • @MagicKingdom71 That has nothing to do with it. They both have the same spelling and he spelled it wrong. Try paying attention to the meaning of the comment before judging me as a moron. I probably know just as much maybe more about Disney than most people so trust me on this. Sorry YOU were being an IDIOT.

  • I remember seeing this show when I was 7!

  • AWESOME

  • I love Clopin with all my heart, but at 33:02 that flat note made me cringe.

  • ok, this is really good, but, they need to slow down, after watching the movie, you can see that what thier saying doesnt have much effect if they talk so fast

  • um its Notre Dame, not notra

  • OH MY GOSH I SAW THIS WHEN I WAS LIKE 6!

  • I was soooooooooooooo mad when they stopped doing this show! It was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Who ever played Quasimodo was really good :D

  • Spectacular introduction! They actually had Quasimodo jumping on the bells exactly like the movie! 5:30 I'm not one for the gargoyles though. It was just too fake to take seriously. The Festival scene was also a bit lacking. My fave part of the movie is "Out There", and for a stage production it wasn't bad. Granted, he couldn't move around as much and he wasn't Tom Hulce. The entire play just seemed too rushed. : /

  • I remember this show at DL back in the mid 90's at Big Thunder Ranch..awesome show! :-)

  • 9the only thing I dislike about disney's version is how they completed altered the prologue and the ending. This had me confused for years about Frollo's feelings for esmeralda. It's only after reading the book that I actually understood the motivation that lead to the whole tragedy.

  • @WildDragon2013 ME!!!!!!!!!!

  • idk if anybody else is bugged by this but clopin's yellow and purple stripes are supposed to be on his right leg -_-; maybe he put his tights on backwards... but anyway i love frollo and clopin <3

  • they.....DIDN'T DO HELLFIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

  • Clopin sure knows how to make an entrance doesn't he (both Disney Land and Disney World)? We gotta love him!!!

  • I remember seeing this in like...1996? 1997? I miss this :(

  • Disneyrob, thank you SO much. My favourite Disney and I thought I would never get to see this! You made my day!! :)

  • I was probably there when you filmed this lol I remember seeing this when I was really little. That's when they had the beauty and the beast show too. I really miss these shows. I wish they would bring them back. I know they have the little mermaid indoor theater there though at MGM

  • It's spelt Notre Dame not Notra Dame. (sorry I go to school there and I'm really picky on the spelling.)

  • what! no hell fire!?

  • oh sweet! Hunchback Of Notre Dame at MGM, i remember this as a kid. And I live in England.

  • I love this show and miss it SO much! Thank you for posting it - I will definitely come back to this video and watch it again! I really wish they would bring it back....such a shame it's still not there. Anyway, thanks again for posting this - long live Disney! ;)

  • It is now an indoor theater that they hold special events in like the shows for Star Wars Weekend.

  • I was so young when I saw this last, so I don't remember where this show was in the Studios exactly. What replaced it?

  • @slytherinveela13 It is now an indoor theater that they hold special events in like the shows for Star Wars Weekend. It is the theater behind the San Francisco backdrop in Streets of America

  • this show was awesome

  • Amazing!! Just one thing: at the end you wrote NotrA instead of NotrE

  • Thank you so much for posting this!! The show was cancelled before we started going to WDW regularly, so I never saw it. The opening is amazing. I actually met a Cast Member who played Quasi. He has since left the performing "side" of Disney and was a guest lecturer on a Disney Cruise. Fascinating to listen to. Thanks again.

  • Hmm, I think I remember seeing this when I first went. Do you know when they took this out?

  • uch, update this and turn it into a broadway show already. C'mon Disney!!

  • @remedy82 It was. It was produced in Germany.

  • It was filmed in 1999? I thought they had this show right after the movie came out...

  • how old is this? is this new? i thought they got rid of this show along time ago

  • @soniatv92 Yes this was filmed in 1999
