All bodybuilders use steroids. Arnold was on a shit load of gear everyone knows that but who actually cares, he looks awesome! As for the acne on the back do you see any of that on any of the pros No! obviously they can counter that some how acne is just caused due to the infrequency in levels of testosterone.
