  • nice build man, sounds like a 2 stroke snow mobile motor?

  • im looking to build one of these with an old Par Car and a Polaris 440 liquid cooled, but im not sure what to use for a rear end? and whatever you put in yours looked to be the best idea iv seen so far..what is is and what did you get it out of

  • Cool man, I got the same yamaha golf cart, was going to put a yamaha 540 fan cooled srv motor in it but i think im going to go with my dads indy 650 triple, and build a radiator for it...Going to work on it tomorrow, taking the body off and painting it and painting the frame, then i got to fit the motor in and make any other mods i got to do on it... love ur cart good job!

  • That is fucking awesome! Nice work!

  • 100 mph my ass

  • @bmister50 thats HP not MPH,the cart's top speed is around 40 MPH,you should read more carefully before posting your comment.

  • @briparts 40mph thats it?!?!?!?!?! i have a 112hp golf cart and she does 90

  • @joe23ba stock gearing and tire size will only allow this speed but it gets there in less then 3 seconds and on the back wheels.could easily get those speeds if I geared it up but I am not interested in going that fast on a golf cart thank you.

  • @briparts hahaha yea ok i know what yu mean bud and o you think i cud ever put a cummins 12v in a airport tug with a 5 speed tranny i think thats a lil much hahaha

  • @joe23ba You are a fucking lair! Show it bitch!

  • @dvee8don and was i talking to you?

no ok so fuck off pluss i have no videos for a reason! i cant let the state police find me

so stfu before you get in some trouble

its a gsxr1000 turbo me and my dad built it has a turbo from a volvo and stock gearing he crashed the bike but it still ran so we had a 98 ezgo laying around for parts and we decided to do that so quiet the fuck down and shut the fuck up if you dont know who your talkng to you scum poor piece of shit

  • @dvee8don and thats not hard to believe many people have carts that are faaster so know your shit before you talk shit cause you aint got nuthin better than all my toys

  • @joe23ba he could gear this to go 100,mph I'm sure, but why, more fun popping wheelies, and pulling some G's ,anyway going a hundred in a open, top heavy cart is suicidal, don't do it..

  • @inagod yea i agree with you but i have a roll cage on mine now

  • @bmister50 DUMB FUCK

  • @bmister50 100 hp dumbass

  • wow that engine sounds so nice! oh yeah that's because its a 2 stroke

  • hey sweet cart. i got an 81 ezgo that needs a new engine so why not put a sled motor in it, lol. i have a 340 polaris, do you think its worth it to put it in or should i go buy a 540? and should i put an atv rear end in so i can run straight sprockets? i dont relle care for reverse. any info you got would be helpful. thanks.

  • Will it blend?

  • How did you make the exhaust exactly? I am currently installing a polaris 500 in my g1 and the only big task left is to figure out the exhaust

  • not with these tires,I have a set that will burn till they smoke but the stock rear end has a working differential so it is usually just one wheel that will spin .if I had a "live" axle it could do donuts with smoke but I use the cart a lot on grass and it will be harder to steer as well

  • but can it do a burnout?

  • Dear Santa,

  • I want it>>weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • the passenger looks like hes gonna puke

  • is that a snowmobile engine

  • Was the engine just a straight bolt in? I am looking into getting a Yamaha G16 and dropping in a snow mobile engine

  • @stevensj13

No ,it is not, engine has to be fitted for proper belt alignment, exhaust has to be fabricated ,if you are using a liquid cooled motor you need a rad and cooling lines, air cooled motors run too hot because there is not enough air flow under the seat.these things are important ,they are the difference between a reliable machine that can be used every day and one that is always braking down.

  • holy shit. nice

  • that is so awesome!!!!!!!!

  • if you could somehow get the engine in the front you could make a sick drifter cart!!!!

  • so how did you tune your exhaust? i'm putting that same motor in a buggy style golf-cart and i'm not sure what to do for a tuned exhaust??? Any ideas??

  • @rachdus06 i was more concerned in making it quiet and fit then tuning, and if you look how a trials bike is set up they use a long header pipe and basically a muffler to maximize the torque.I may have lost peak HP but the bottom end has increased .

  • @briparts Great! Thanks! I'll see what i can do, and the finished product will show up on here soon enough.

  • does it ever backfire?

  • @briparts probably because it never stops running right? My harley davidson cart backfires when your going down a hill and you let off the gas and then you gas it it usually backfires which makes me :( I have a video of it if you'd like to see it.

  • SO MUCH TORQUE!!!!!

  • Awesome,

  • is this a 600 twin vmax motor?

  • @familyguyfailife it is a 570 exciterSX motor ,the last and only year this motor had flat slide mikuni carbs the hp rating is around 96 but intake, jetting and exhaust mods you can squeeze 100

  • im jealous. that looks like way too much fun.! lol

  • dude i will pay any price for that name it and i will pay it

  • dam thats tight bro

  • shit

  • what did u use for the secondary clutch stock one or one off a snow mobile?

  • that would be pretty awsome to see that at a golf course

  • ha ha thats awesome got me thinking about mine now lol

  • Now if you can get some 'Z' rated tires for that bad boy you'll be all set. Nice work!

  • two word.

    Wheelie Bar

  • the sound of scraping steel make's the ride more exciting!
