Say what you will about Scott, this guy has talent and just lost his mind for a bit. Good to see them doing this song. My all time favorite from these guys and a song that got me through the Marine Corps when music was all I could turn to.

Most of the time he was wasted out of his mind from alcohol and whatever else that he couldn't even perform. You should see some of the videos of those performances. You can't even understand what he is saying and most of the time he doesn't sing what he is supposed to.

I can't find it anymore either so I don't know if I just read it somewhere and my mind filled in the idea of having seen it. If you search 'Creed Drunk' there's some video of him on a poker show drunk to the hilt. He would be a fun guy to hang out with while drinking and he seems pretty damn genuine though so no stones being thrown here.

@nenacartney Quick on the defense. Am I a saint? Please don't misunderstand - I make no such claim. Nor was I condemning him but simply stating a fact. Call me crazy but I go to concerts to watch a band perform and finish their show, not slog around drunk and foolish. Yes, you can drink and have a great time while performing but if your performance takes a hit based on your drinking then it needs to be reigned in. That said, he has made a good comeback and I respect anyone that can do that.

@fatguyinchair3 no he was brought in by mark himself as a back up touring guitarist strictly with the added bonus that he can sing...but the more popular he became among the fans his role became bigger and more appreciated to where by the end of that first 2009 tour he was at the meet n greets with the original 4 guys...i was lucky enough to be at his first one!...now he's an official 5th member of the band (as in he's working with the guys on the next Creed album)

@fatguyinchair3 they're the most humble down to earth millionaires you'll ever meet! i got to talk to brian on facebook a wk before the show and when i got into the meet n greet he still remembered me...that show i got a front row seat in front of mark...was the coolest experience ever making eye contact with him and playing off each other's energy the whole show...he tossed me one of his picks after the show...i met em a yr and a half later...mark and brian remembered me still!

@liamopia I wouldn't say better, I'd say more 'normal'. Often when the lead vocalist has a less conventional voice, it adds flavour to the band and something interesting. If this lead-guitarist was the lead vocalist instead, this band would not have nearly as recognisable a sound.
