when u get comfortable with ur mill try to not bend the kicking leg. this means u have better control of ur mills, allowing a faster and better windmill. Then think about using the head.
you need to lie back more an get higher on the back..but dont pike the leggs over the face
then when you get sum height an keep it,then try to lie back to get the head touhing..
this will take some time to get an when you do you then need to try an get the whole head to touch the floor at all times..the more of the head that touches the better the mill will look and the better it will be.
Start from baby f. not from seated,Try to do more slow and focus on stay with you head on the floor, the same with return go slow focus on head (HALO).Also stay tight with you legs/calf. Do windmill like this is good only for understand the motion and easy transition to flare,cricket,ecc.
