It is "The Happiest Place on Earth" since 'happiest' is defined as most happy. "The Most Happiest" doesn't make sense.
Anyway. Disney was awesome and the parks are too. No matter what rumour, true or false, tarnish his reputation, he was still a great innovator and created an outstanding empire.
You've all summed up my feelings about Walt's amazing creations and his most powerful imagination. I wish i could have told him how i feel but i was born about 45 years after he died. :(
