Obama lies about the AARP's support of the health care reform bill

I'm having trouble seeing the lie. Could somebody help? Clearly the AARP endorses the entire health care reform effort, which at the time Certner spoke was still in flux. Not really sure it's inaccurate to say the AARP endorsed it, although Certner couldn't say he endorced any specific part just yet. Besides, isn't the bigger question whether there are cuts to Medicare/Medicaid? I'm confused as to the point of this video because it completely skips over this main issue.
