So true; lazy people getting PL only to become lvl50 noobs that :

1) Don't know how to play in a team.

2) Didn't learned how to play their character and use their powers the smart way.

3) Are completely ignorant about the zone, the events, the trials, etc...in a word : The whole world of City of Heroes/villains.

PL is just a a method to have newbies playing high lvl but still, they are newbies, they never experienced the game and learn anything and are useless ignorant newbies.

I have two accounts and one I use for my players that I actually play, the other is inactive, however occasionaly it is hard to find the influence to make my builds better, I work in rl and have a gf with needs so its not easy, I sometimes not always pay for my influence, but nothing beats the joy of gettin a toon from one to fifty by urself, and remember the journeys more impportant than the end or the start, my best toons or leveled properly ;-)

I highly doubt a company actually getting business wil go away any time soon, but still it's worth a small shot.

I do hate Power Leveling, but I can see it's practical uses for intelligent players able to observe and utilize the weaknesses and strengths of a set rationally.

That and some builds are nearly unbearable for a few levels (or on teams which is the case with some heavy ST sets and the lack of large targets).

Still a decent short.

Hah so true, we had someone who joined our SG in one of our recuitment drives get powerlevled from 1 to 20 (for some reason he paid what is easy to do in a week)and proceeded to find out he sucked in pvp because he had no clue what he was doing, being a mastermind with no primarie attacks did not help either.

The big toon who runs in, gets lvled, and leaves, and then later gets smacked is my husband's toon (Testosterone Man) - he had just the right look for the PL n00bs. But I don't normally spend time in PvP zones because of folks like these. ;)

True. :) My preferred tactic as a blaster is to ramp up the damage and accuracy, and then snipe safely from a distance before charging in and whaling on my opponent. But hey, whatever works!
