Ok he is really tough if you want to fight him on his terms but i learned absorb, i think thats the move, and drained all its ap leaving it there to do nothing most the time. Also anything that lowers defence helps a lot on this guy

Enfeeble lowers defense-It's not just helpful on it .

I had a hard time with this guy as well. Poison hit sure messes things up, especially when your max HP isn't too high. I had quite alot of luck with my chance hits, so i have beaten him fast.

Nothing feels better than killing a boss when all your characters but one are dead and your last character is barely alive. Lol.
