I picked it up years ago from a maker named Lee Romaire.

He is obviously very talented.

I actually repainted it and added the weathering to give it more of the screen look.

I agree with you there. I did see one a few weeks ago and the hair was beyond messed up. I think they'd cut it themselves and then styled it. Because of that, the mask looked pretty much like it had some kind of mutant pineapple on top of it! But, I guess each to his/her own.
