Likely a race-car chassis with a 'Cuda body on it. The E Bodies had marginal geometry.. If it does indeed have some iteration of the old RB block based Hemi, then I'd expect big power numbers. it was easy to hit 600+ HP back in the 60's and now you can take these out well over 500 cubes so 800+ is "easy" you need it to push a brick like that to 200 mph.

@zeroXXman unmodded? that car had alot of shit done to it, the engine is a twin turbo inline-6, they had 2 strip it and rebuild it up from the ground up, replace the trans, redo the body, plus added an N20 system plus 2 bottles of nitrous, then the body kit and decals on it, that car is so suped it, it could smoke a vet, a Ferrari idk bout that maybe depends on lots of shit, but that car is got 2 have over 500 hp maybe more, i want it so much, all i need is 150K

i remember reading about this when it came out in the mag and the cuda was nowhere near stock huge underbody areo came into play , and if i remember right it had like 400 more hp than the enzo. turbo v10? anyway its still a 70s brick. the enzo still had way more topend and i think they said the cudas widshield was pushed back into the seal like 1/4inch from the pressure generated on it from going that fast. so the lesson is boys and girls its still a brick and frontal square area is BAD atspeed

The absolute end all be all, when it comes down which car is faster is how much money you have. strait line performance- can be hard to beat a musclecar platform. i'm curious about circuit racing comparing. I believe I saw an article on the cuda in early stages of the build hardly stock ANYTHING. I would imagine that these 2 cars are built from the ground up to be supercars comes down to who's best at what they do for the cost of the build I would imagine the cuda would win in that regards even if it was a bit slower all around. I also believe in "its what you build not what you buy"

ferrari is all about pushing the limit of automobile engineering. For example, a 6.0L naturally aspirated enzo v12 produces 650hp, while a supercharged 6.2L ZR1 LS9 engine produces 638hp. If ferrari uses a 7.0L engine as the hemi, it would produces more hp, that's why ferraris are more expensive.
@Frankhong1 No ferraris are more expensive because they don't mass produce them like the corvette. And as far as the engine goes... I think you are looking at it the wrong way. Sure the ferrari engine makes more "hp" then the ls9. But it doesn't make near the same amount of tq. You are compairing a V8 to a V12. Apples to oranges.

the Cuda is pretty, and fast, but I'd hate to lose control at 200+. Those 70's Cuda's were very unforgiving. The Ferrari has to drive better. IMHO.

@RDHalmon actualy if the person envest money into the steering and suspenion they can easily get these old muscle cars to handle way way better then their stock besides if you lose control doing 200 mph in any vehicle your pretty much fucked surviability wise though youd have a better cahnce to live in the cuda

Lets tune the Enzo Ferrari with aftermarket parts and see who will win against a STOCK Hemi Cuda. The only "true" way to compare factory cars in my opinion is to compare them stock. Also, all of you people saying "Eurofags have shitty cars" are ignorant. So-called "Eurofags" invented the automobile, and European cars were always more advanced than American cars. I admit, in 2011 European cars aren't so impressive, but before year 2000 they were always more advanced.

I never said it was. It has an F1 semi-automatic paddle shift transmission. However, think about all the American cars nowadays that don't come in stick. The Dodge Charger [2011], Buick LeSabre, Pontiac Bonneville, Ford Crown Victoria, Cadillac DeVille, etc. are all popular American sedans that do not come with a manual transmission. However, many European cars at that time did, such as the Volkswagen Jetta, Mercedes E-Class/C-Class, BMW 5/3-Series, and so-on.

@pitmie dont know where you get your information but the enzo isnt 100times better and it definetly isnt 50 times more famous cars like the barracuda the charger the challenger and all the other muscle cars of the era are the original performance cars that everyone knows because they're a part of history,
think about it how many ferraris do you see in movies?(very few). muscle cars on the other hand make tons of appearances because of what they represent

Try to watch movies outside the US too...lots of Ferraris rather than American muscle cars.. Muscle car refer to American muscle car, so they're used frequently in Hollywood movies, also from America. No wonder...if you watch movies in Italy, guess which car is more frequently used? Most celebrities all over the world use Ferraris, not muscle cars...have you ever noticed that?

Yes i do know they use the the magnetic ride suspension but not because its better but because you can switch from performance to comfort which i will admit is a great invention on gm part.
