I just want to thank you for putting up this video! I've been suffering from DP/DR for about one year now, and it's comforting to know that I'm not alone and that I'm not going insane. I'm sure that we will win the fight against this, and that this experience will make us stronger..greetings from croatia
Is it like you're in the Matrix? Can you focus on your breathing or something? I feel a little like this at times but definitely not as extreme as you describe.
Panic attacks, loss of appetite, the feeling of living life outside your body, the feeling of living in a dream, continuous negative thoughts, troubling and obsessive thoughts, excessive stress and worry, trouble sleeping. You are not alone. There are many others who have these experiences. I USE TO, but NO longer have them. I found what worked. I am NOT SELLING anything, I just want to share the process that freed me of anxiety. Please watch my intro. video for more info! Stay positive!
ive been suffering from this since i was 17 (im 20 now) and i seem to find relief in just getting into a rage and screaming and breaking stuff. i dont do it a lot most of the time i just think everyone will think im crazy and i just try and stick it out and try and act as normal as possible even though i feel unpleasant and i dont see things as i used to. every days like a bad dream and i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy.
i know this may sound strange but instead of self harming, my way of feeling relief is thinking about my death, i feel such relief knowing that there is always a way out, even though i would never take it.
i defo suffer from depression. no one would guess coz on the outside im bubbly very open and very happy but it does not match the inside. it hurts so much, the only reason why im here is because i guess i love my family way too much and the hurt i would cause if i died would be just horrible. im scared of using any prescription drugs becuase ive heard horrible things about them. i thought of maybe starting counselling i dont know.
Wow, it is such a relief to have watched this video..these are exactly the symptoms I am experiencing, and it is always there for me too like 24/7.. without a moment of relief from it.. anyways would love to talk..do you have facebook?
@depechefast1 I am so glad to help you! It's horrible, isn't it? :( check out the forums, they may help you. And, yes, my Facebook is Carmen Rose-Locke. TC x
same experience. The feeling like someone else's memory. Things have gotten a lot better as I remember more, lol.

I totally understand. If it's possible to have this happen as a come and go thing, I deal with this...

@OurLadyLourdes yeah, hon, it's definitely possible. And if it's a big enough issue, you should try and seek help for it xx
