Naw it happens all the time...if your standing up for an hour and you start to lock your knees or tense up your leg muscles you'll start to black out...In Marine boot camp I probably saw 10 guys black out during long standing formations ....they always tell you not to lock your knees...
I've seen the same thing before when I was in the Army as well. About 8 years ago while in Ft. Bragg, NC we had a young SPC female that literally passed out, while on an outside formation as the one showed. As I recall, the weather was 90+ with 100% humidity, yeah, that was hot too.
No one knew what to do, haha. My buddy did the same thing in korea
