The move is fine except for the part where he actually connects his hands over his back. This move is called a Kimura in brazilian jiu jitsu. I use the same move in wrestling except when I bar up the arm and step over the head I put the elbow that holding his wrist on his back to make the space to "thread the needle" with my other hand.
