Actually some would argue that it's easier with the controller since the change in steering direction happens immediately when you press the button.. Besides you can pick up a Logitech wheel for $150 which IMO is quite affordable.

wish i did have a wheel... have a stupid controller which of course doesn't allow variable steering, throttle or brake .. any idea how much more difficult it is with a controller than with a wheel, or r they similar .. ??

i had a lap time 9:07 without a wheel...but nice race....i know that the nürburgring nordschlife is verry hard not even sutil could drive on it( he crashed lol )

A pretty clean, a little shaky there at the end but still, very good. A little tip; when you go into a corner and come out, never get back on the throttle until you no you're not going to go off. That may have been your problem those last few sectors.

In the beginning, before the first line, after the second line is a curve in the form of "s", try straight and before the pit straight at the end. Keep trying and be patient, is the most difficult driving mission of the Gran Turismo series.

I used the mitsubishi super rally car, been stuck on the Grand canyon AND the ice race (hard) for ever. Found some great info and setting at GT Vault, couldnt have done either without their settings info, give it a look. Great drive in the SLR, Im still going mad trying to get that old mitsubishi round New York.HELP

Thanks a mil man, that's exactly why I posted this vid, to show that even if you don't nail every corner spot on you can still beat it. Just watched the vid again, man but that SLR is a twitchy b)t@h ;) I just need to nail Gran Canyon. Uphill battle!

the two best cars for rally are the rsc rally car and the audi pikes peak. the first ones faster and with good handling but the second one is slower with a bit more handling. i think i used the audi for those two, you dont get many penalties
