It's pointless arguing over personal taste. This video isn't about scientific facts at all, so "top 10" will always be subjective.

Clearly London, Moscow etc. have played a huge role in the history and still do to this day, but if the maker of this video prefer a certain type of architecture or whatever over another, he will like other cities better. And he won't be wrong as he's not claiming that the video is unbiased. It's just his taste.. Most people will like other cities better I'd assume.
