Agreed, creatine because the body physiologically doesn't have way to deliver it to the tissues, because it's non-vascularized. All you're really doing is making your pee expensive.
Tony is right. You need supplements. I was doing p90x for 4 months without taking anything. Then I started getting really sore and eventually injured my back. I could barely walk. Since then Iv been taking Protein shakes after each workout and now I feel so much better the next day. It made a huge difference for me.

Tony is the man!, the only thing that isnt really needed is creatine.
I would love to see more nutrition tips from tony maybe a look at what his 6 meals are.
