well, maplestory "Global" was global until some years ago, if you regestrated before it bacame restricted you can play it from utside America.

I can connect using through the broadband, but when i switch to the maplestory setting, it just gets stuck at step 3 checking the password, heeellpp! Hotspot shield doesn't work for me either :(

1.Open Control Panel

2.Open Network And Sharing Center

3.go to "Change Adapter Settings" on the list on the left

4. and thing wiht microsoft loopback or loacl area connection, DISABLE!

Okay let's be clear, GMS works well with AOL, i have no problem with screen name. One last thing left.

When im trying to log in AOL, most of the time ( 90% ) an Error will pop out.

The computer could not get an internet connection Error: AC-3000 0x84100101

Anyone has a solution? i don't want keep on restarting like what AOL suggested.

Solution found. go region and language option.

In * Format * choose * English united state *

In administrative or advanced setting , choose * English united state * as well in * Language for non-unicode program *

I don't understand. I signed up for an AOL account but in the AOL Desktop program, I'm prompted to log on with my "screen name". I use my AOL Mail adress, but this does not work. Instead, AOL Desktop tells me to sign up for a new adress, which I have to pay for monthly? I am very confused at the moment. Could someone please help?

@zabilos12 This happens if you got a slow connection or any problems with you're internet. On the log in screen try to disconnect from your internet, wait some seconds and right after you click on the re-connect button at your network, click the sign in button and it should go :)

Okay, I've managed to connect. I've got onto the website with no "You're logging on from Europe" pop-up. I've clicked "Start Game" while logged in, and the Ahnlab/Hackshield loading bar comes up for a while, then disappears. Nothing else happens. The game doesn't load, nor is there an error message. When I click on "Start Game" again, nothing appears. Someone can lend me a hand? It would be much appreciated. ^.^

Mate. I really need your help here. I'm trying to log into AOL. It says "Attempt 1) [Global] The computer could not get an internet connection. (Error: AC-30000x84100101)" and then the same thing with Attempt 2). I've tried restarting my computer, I've tried allowing my firewall and I've tried installing the AOL files that SHOULD allow me to connect to AOL. Nothing's worked. Please help me out here man. :3

@SirPenguin75 Im sorry to say it but I have no solution to this problem. If you downloaded the correct version of AOL for your operating system then normally it should work, Instead I would reccomend downloading hotspot shield.

@SirPenguin75 i know what to do, first log in in broadcast, if your loged in then exit aol, start aol agian and go on your homenetwork, it worked with me
