  • So I got bored and tried this. Its what I got. Pullups: 20 Perfect pushups on chair: 50. 30 Reps of 20. (im not a big bicep guy). Narrow Grip= 15. You suck at working out/ making videos. Check out ScottHermanFitness. He will help you with working out, in the gym or at home with body weight.

  • ab roller, same as a walker for those who can't walk on their own.Should just have someone do his abs for him

  • yea try doing 30 perfect push ups slowly because thats nothing I can easily do 30 fast but you do them slower and its alot harder. Also If you want to put on mass work your triceps, get a gym membership and work your triceps since they make up 75% of your arms. And also eat alot, every 2-3 hrs. Muscle just doesnt appear bro and also do reps of 3-5 with a heavy weight so you tear muscle fiber and not burn alot of calories like you do when you lift lighter weights and do more reps.
