You don't have to be a racist to dislike the Bucket Boys - they don't limit themselves to weekends at Wrigley Field but drive businesses nuts downtown. What's racist is the people who think its ok for African-American kids to play hookey from school, ignore the law (no streat performer permits), etc. The bigotry of soft expectations.

I have met buskers (street performers) who have traveled the world. People should support street performers no matter their skill level, the ones that are not very good are usually pretty brave to perform publically! In fact I have a friend who was a street performer and ended up with a beautiful actress he met while performing and they traveled through most of South America with her then moved back with her to her country.

I hope someone out there got footage of what happened last Fri Nov 21st 2008 at the Target Center, when these BUCKET KIDS were greeted by Rick and Andy Ausland from Minneapolis-based "BUCKETS AND TAP SHOES".

They call themselves the Chicago Bucket Boys, but the footage will also show that they were wearing MN T-Wolves shirts. Hmmmm..?

"Buckets and Tap Shoes" sent them home to Chi-town with a spanking, and I think they stole one of our tambourines for a souvenir. Please post if you shot video.
