  • Those low quarter 11's r sexy!!!!!!!

  • for jordan it must be the shoes

  • Oakley: "I'd hit that"

  • Man the Knicks of the 90's were intimidating...Oakley, Mason, Larry Johnson, McDaniel, Starks and Ewing.

  • 7.42---huge travel

  • @fdlmania1 if you look closely lebron traveled too

  • When even the coach gets bulldozed then you know this was a physical game. It's fantastic!

  • Oakley might be the scariest man to ever play basketball

  • @pwnface101 Especially with that face mask on!

  • OMG. That was FLOP CENTRAL.

  • go here.... careerstarts.info....

  • now hiring --- careerstarts.info --- don't wait

  • jordan xi lows

  • I don't think so that Kobe can score 46 in this type of physical game...

  • @kenelyn1000 no no way

  • I don't think so that Kobe can score 46 in this type of physical game...

  • Starks = MJ's bitch

  • The 5:52 Mark is Absolutely Hilarious! LOLOLOLOL!!! Van Gundy is SO WEAK. smh

  • @ 0:47 biggest travel ever?

  • I miss These days!! Damn Jordan was killin'...sucks they got the L.. Hated the Knicks back then lol

    dope stuff!

  • i wish todays refs would just make players play

  • haha back when he could get rough and get away with it

  • golden years baby --- miss that drama!!!

  • Hell of a gm, a rare win by the Knicks when MJ was huge (as normal). The only guy still around now days on TV = Jeff Van Gundy, 10min 50 walking off

  • @ 2:02 MJ nearly broke Willie Anderson's ankles

  • Love the physicality of this era. And the referees are allowing it without too much technicals being given out. Players are just laughing it off like longley and harper when Oak had a few words for them at halftime. If it happened today, players would most likely brawl and suspensions would be given out together with hundreds of thousands of fines.

  • los 90´s fue lo mejor chigago bulls

  • Jordan had a willingness to win, that could not be duplicated, which is why he is titled with the Greatest Of All Time. Oakley was a tough guy, but Rodman would have fucked him up.

  • This game had a lot of storylines in it..

  • Oakley was hard...

  • oakley would've been fould out of the first quarter if he were playing today

  • This was New York's only win in the series. OWNED.

    Bulls 6 Championships

    Knicks ZERO

  • This was a men's game -- just look at that Oakley craziness.

  • god those were games..!!! i miss those days

  • This game was a classic example of righteous basketball!!

  • i hate when ppl say shit aint the same as it used to be. like WTF do ya dumb ass think. shit changes . how u juss gona bash our generation today. it aint right man i hate that sht. Even tho MJ is the best player ever lived

  • @BM1F There are reasons why. Rules have taken away the more physical play which invoked more rivals and hard play. Personally I still like watching the NBA very much and enjoy all the young players but those days were awesome.

  • i hate when ppl say shit aint the same as it used to be. like WTF do ya dumb ass think. shit changes . how u juss gona bash our generatioin today. it aint right man i hate that sht. Even tho MJ is the best player ever lived

  • does anybody know what kind of nike shoes luc longley is wearing in this game thee black and white i can't remember the name of them i use to haqve a pair of them they were sweet!

  • oakley forgot pippen was his ex-teammate

  • @dan320000 hey do you know the name of te nike shoes luc longles is wearing in this game for the bulls? they are black and white i use to have a pair of them but i can't remember what the name of them was they were sweet!

  • that was madd

  • Knicks, Bulls and Marv Albert...who needs anything else?

Not sure why I lost interest in the NBA, but I'll tell you what, these games between the Bulls and Knicks were just raw spectacle. Much more going on here than b-ball Just all the psych-warfare and the test of wills and the physicality

Don't seem to get that no more, that sense of intensity

heard theories on how they ruined the NBA, but maybe it's something else

Do today's players play with that gladiatorial ferocity of the past?

  • Todays NBA the whole Knicks team would have been ejected. Shows you the mental toughness of the Bulls.

  • 90s basketball was so good and the Bulls and Knicks made 4 a nice rivalry!

  • Chark oakley getting mad because Rodman was beasting the glass.

  • pure beauty basketball

  • Comment removed

  • Van Gundy needs to get his ass up off the floor as if he got hit by Mike Tyson...lol...see 5:56

  • great

  • i remember watching these playoffs with my homeboys and homegirls in my cramped hot ass apartment while my moms made hot ass friend chicken lmao everybody cheering going nuts. those were such good times. we watched bulls playoffs since the 80's and the early 90's were un fucking real man. so much fun a gut wrencher.

  • Jordan was like the idol for everyone back then. The True Blue Jordan. He spices up the NBA with his dazzling performance every night. Those who watches his match thinks they are worth every PENNY spent. I was fortunate to watch him on TV back then 94-98. Kobe is just a replica, he can never be MJ. Kobe will always be in Jordan shadow cos MJ level is simply GOD MODE. Cheers

  • @Kenn7 Man its amazing how kobe has NOTHING to do with this vid...thats how we know kb is that dang good! his name comes up in every mj vid. smh. But i think games were better back then because after 2004, there really wasnt any BAD BLOOD between teams like there was back in the day..everyone wants to be friends smh..as quiet as its kept, Kobe is the last of a dying breed in terms of competitive, no-friend, no nonsense players..period

  • charles oakley is a tool

  • back then every team had star players on them that why the games was so good

  • Jordan @01:59.... OWNAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that 3 pointer that jordan hit (8:21) is such a hard thing to do. i've tried it on the basketball courts with my cousins and shit is insane. u have to be very strong to come off a move like that to shoot like that.

  • 5:22 after realizing who was trailing behind him on the break, steve kerr soiled his paints and blew an easy score! lmao

  • The NBA aint shit today.

  • Jordan @8:21.. TOUGH!!!

  • A pretty classless display by Oakley.

  • yeah there's not gonna be another Michael Jordan. im luck i lived to watch his last years in the NBA.

  • where is the left handed shot jordan had on ewing

  • What a crazy game. Games like this made me fall in love with basketball

  • Jordan with the great move um i mean great travel at 6:29

  • @brodieman267 naw it was 2 steps... a great move

  • @brodieman267 you mean another great move by jordan 2 steps not a travel

  • @zoomair24 & Platinum....... when he pivoted on his right foot during the spin, his foot clearly left the ground, which is why it was such an effective move and he found himself with a clear path to the basket

  • @brodieman267 you cant have a pivot foot when you are dribbling he put his right foot down yes but spun and took a step and a half which is clearly not a travel you can take 2 steps so like I said vintage jordan he got space and it was so affective because he is michael jordan enough said

  • @zoomair24 he dribbled twice after the second dribble when he stopped dribbling, when he had no more dribbles in the move, his right foot became his pivot foot. after that when he was pivoting on his right foot his foot left the ground and then returned to the floor and continued the pivot, then he stepped and jumped through off of his left leg finishing the move. it is travel because he picked up his dribble and then hopped and landed with his right foot........ his right foot left the ground

  • If i were Longley or Pippen I would punch Oakleys's face... Hahaha'

  • I swear he use to throw it off the glass to himself.

  • Now this is playoff basketball, Oakley vs Rodman. God I miss these days.

  • i was at this game. it was a great game indeed.

  • he bitch slappd van gundy lmao

  • charles oakley is a goon

  • sniff.. I wish the garden was loud like this today. =(

    I miss the Knicks.

  • Bahahahahahaaha 5:52, Van Gundy is such a little worm.

  • Oakley is hilarious.

  • 9:46 MJ throws the ball off the glass to himself to get past the defense. way before Kobe was even in the NBA. morons acting like Kobe's the only one who's done that. no it's just in today's media, youtube world everything Kobe does gets made into the biggest deal ever, when Michael's already done it & done it better

  • Jordan trvaleing at 9:44, but..... who matters, it is MJ after all, referees scared!

  • no travel dude

  • there is no comparison, i am a jordan fan, but i like kobe's attempt to be like mike, but when you see moves like 2:00, you will come to realize that there will never be another michael....his sons, who ultimately should be at least the next in line by birth right, could not come close. he is not only the greatest then, hes the greates there ever will be. this is a historical legend. people will talk about mj and what he was long after we are all gone, kobe will be forgotten... 4-ever 23-45...

  • there will never be anotther jordan he was and will allways be the greatess ever to play in the nba and jordan owned the knicks everytime he played them knicks could never beat jordan and the bulls just think if jordan would have not been on the bulls in 91 92 93 patrick ewing would have probally won a ring or 2 but jordan stoped him and the knicks

  • love that reff.

    shoulda hit van gundy harder

  • this is like the 33 yr old MJ! LOL

kobe looks like shit compared to this version.

  • 5:51

Someone needs to do that to JVG again. Like before every game

  • lebron aint shit!

  • 8:20 FREAKIN DAGGER 3 BY MJ AT A TOUGH ANGLE!!! listen to the New York crowd cheering for MJ right after the Knicks called time out after MJ's 3!

  • my god....golden years....

nothing is the same today =(

  • yeah what an amazing time for Chicago and the NBA in general, now we got idiots like Gilbert Areanas pulling guns on other players in the locker room over $500 bets

  • 1:50.....nice lil pat on the ass 4 Oaktree lol

  • omg this is so epic... entertainment at its very finest

  • you have to love the narration! sounds the same even after 13+ years LOL

  • whyd pippen take the last shot

  • Man Oakley made rodman seem like an angel there

  • 6:11 referee gets revenge on the coach!!! i like it!!

  • 5:03 seriously now?

  • LeBron not shaking hands is not as big as everyone was making it out to be. I think he, Kobe and D-Wade would still put up great numbers in the 90's though. Players like J.R. and Josh Smith would get exposed though.

  • poor sportsmanship. reminds me of the pistons in 80s... not shaking hands when the bulls finally passed them after 3 years. I didn't see MJ not shaking their hands even in defeat...

  • Actually the Pistons walked out on Chicago in '91. In a world where you have athletes going to jail and driving drunk, not shaking hands seems pretty small. If people can only criticize LeBron for not shaking hands then he's doing a pretty good job of staying out of trouble.

  • because the series isnt over yet in the case of bulls vs knicks. its only game 3. LeBron case is way different. Cav lost the series and should have show his respect for other players and team.

  • Why are you bringing up the game? I know it's game 3, I can read the title of the video. My point was that everyone made a big deal about LeBron not shaking hands when it wasn't that serious. I think he should've showed respect to the Magic players but I'm not going to bash him for walking off the court.

  • you cant expect him to not walk off the court after that loss first of all he just lost so he was fuming and no thats not a good reason but the magic were celebrating their victory u think lebron wants to hang around and watch all that and then shake their hands

  • you cant expect him to not walk off the court after that loss first of all he just lost so he was fuming and no thats not a good reason but the magic were celebrating their victory u think lebron wants to hang around and watch all that and then shake their hands

  • crying ass new york,wat a loserssss

  • Where's that video with Jordan taking like 7 steps and getting away with it lol.

  • yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oakley is a cocksucking bulls castoff no talent thug. Starks is a whing pussy but atleast he a few skills. But still how many titles did Ewing, Okaley and Starks win?

  • You know that Oakley is Jordan's best friend right?

  • And so is Barkley and Ewing so whats ur point?

  • `amazing video, wheres the ones of them knicks championships? sice 1980??????how many rings oakley have??? the only head oakley was getting into was the loser heads of his loser knick teams ,while pippen won 6 rings!!! now whos head was oakley getting into??????

  • damn. oakley was really getting his hits in

  • @RingoChen What happened to John Yashamita, Paul Lee, and George Tanaka?

  • @RingoChen that was the good old days, when refs wouldn't call fouls due to a little push or shove.

  • whistlefest? you want them to not call anything ever? shut up

  • they call every little thing nowadays. if you drive and somebody just touches your back, its a foul call. if someone drives and the defender sticks their hands straight up in the air, it's a foul call. you literally cant touch anyone wihtout it being a foul, and you cant talk or complain without getting a tech called

  • This was when playoff basketball was for real... not the whistlefest like it is now.

Hard fouls, refs let the guys play... guys got their points the hard way, not giftwrapped at the charity stripe.

Not to mention, the best SNEAKERS EVER with the AJXIs and Air Pippens.

  • this was a classic game I remember watchin this

  • 5:42 why they didn't count this baket ? Pippen was in mid air when there was contact with Oakley

  • i think cuz they said that he didn't have full posession when he got hit he bobbled the ball in mid air

  • Van Gundy is such a pussy

  • This video is nicely cut! Nice!

  • Yo bron and Kobe will never reach the level MIke reached, its almost like he is the God of basketball, this niggas turn-around jumper was bananas

  • it seemed like oakley was the only one up for this series. The rest had the mentality of im going to lose. Thats what it seemed like anyways.

  • jajaja, van gundy you stupid son of a bitch.

  • It was really sad to see the NBA allow Oakley to turn into a thug as his meager skills started to diminsh. He looked an NFL lineman hitting people all day and all the ridiculous jawwing on the court and in the tunnel-thats not basketball its bullshit and thats y todays grammar & highschool kids dont know how to play without being a thug being t'd up and ejected all the time along with their over zealous parents-because they see shit like that. Fuckin PATHETIC!

  • Come on, how can you watch his antics in this game and not enjoy it. My favorite part is when Oak saves the ball then intentionally hurls himself into the Bulls' bench.

  • i know !! haha thats REAL NBA !!! now they're sissys crying over fouls..play the damn game!!!

  • damn thanks for posting. that was good shit. Doesn't mean that today's NBA sucks however. Every era is different and good in it's own way.

  • Now THATS how basketball should be done!!

  • why wasnt jordan taking the last shot..........

  • too bad pippen was not around when jordan returned.. he was good too, you know.

  • Oakly was a thug.

  • dam you know this is old when you see the knicks in the playoffs LMAO!!!

  • dam jordan was good..kobe is the jordan of our era..they both even jog back after they make a shot the same way..i also see a little bit of my fave player d-wade in jordan in the driving ability..

  • kobe does it because jordan did it..Jordan has such superior athletic skills than both together.

  • 6:00 lol

  • its cool how oakley and mj were teammates at the beginning of their carrers in chicago and again at the end of their carrers in washington

  • michael at 2:01. another reason why michael will always be the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time)

  • The knicks were tough..Oak and Mase hit everything in their path...

  • man the NBA was better back in the day....

the Charles Oakleys, Anthony Masons,...enforcers...we don't even have those kind of players these days...not to mention how soft the NBA has become...

this knicks would out tough and rough out last year's Celtics team like nothing...

  • yea the nba has become very soft i miss 90's nba basketball

  • look at the move jordan did at 2:13 he is just too cool for school

  • Obviously Kobe hasnt accomplished the things Jordan has so GOAT goes to 23 as of now. But people are forgetting Kobe is just starting to hit his prime and he has at least 6 more years in the tank

  • I was a Huge Jordan Fan back in the 90's. But people who complain and say there will never be anyone like jordan are living in the past. I'm actually rooting for guys to achieve greatness like Jordan or even better. Thats what makes sports so much fun, anything is possible and the fact of the matter is that records are meant to be broken.

  • people always want to compare players to the legends before they've even done anything. think about all the supposed "next Jordans"... Penny Hardaway, Grant Hill, Vince Carter, etc.

  • kobe is a great player but why would you call him the GOAT when he hasnt even come close to accomplishing what jordan did? not only that but there will never be a player who impacted the game as much as jordan did. without jordan basketball wouldnt even be as popular as it is today.

  • rodman wast on their team for the first 3 titles so they didnt even have the top rebounder in the league for the first 3 titles

  • how many finals mvps does kobe have? 0. regular season mvps? jordan 5, kobe 1. highest scoring average in the nba? jordan. clutch? jordans scoring average goes up in the postseason. get your facts straight

  • horace grant wasnt on the last three championship teams. jordan made all his players better. look at steve kerr. after jordan left kerr was not even close to his previous seasons in chicago. do you realize jordan is the only guy to win championships without a low post scorer? even if kobe wins a title this year he has two seven footers in gasol and bynum.

  • man...had the Bulls won this game...15-0 would have been guaran-damn-teed

  • im assuming bynumkb24 is a lakers fan since its only lakers fans who say this. back when jordan played the nba was ruled by big men because the rules were set up for them to dominate, not like today where the rules have made the nba a guards league. hand-checking was allowed back in jordans day, and the game was way more physical than today, where you see way more flagrant fouls called. plus jordan would never lose by 40 in the nba finals.

  • thats cuz jordan always had a great team u fucken moron, the bulls were just a sick team. league leading rebounder 6 years straight, best europe player, best three point shooting percentage from steve kerr, pippen who was always consistent, horace grant, ron harper, common now who wouldn't win with that squad u fucken idiot

  • and who'd the knicks and everybody else have dumbass?? Starks, Ewing, Oakley, Mason. and how many points did jordan score?? dumbass!! lol

  • did they win dumbass???? lmao..ahahha..

  • uhh, who was the champs that year, numbnuts??? and the year after that, and after that?? check the scoring titles and count the rings, bitch. kobe won't win a ring this year!

  • like i said before and im gonna say it again, jordan didn't have as much competition like kobe has now..he never went up against a lebron or a dwade or a steve nash or a dirk nowitzki, or a jason kidd, or a chris paul, and u can bring up legends jordan played with, but these players are already getting compared to all those other legends and they just started their career, so fuck u and have a fucken nice funeral bitch

  • hahahaha... Dr J, Drexler, Barkley, Isiah, Magic, Gary Payton, John stockton... r u telling me that steve nash is better than stockton? lebron better than magic? or, better yet, are u saying that all the stars now are better than all the stars of the 80's and 90's?? don't be that naive and foolish, fool!

  • and, look at Kobe now, and the next couple years... he's declining yo...jordan won his last ring at 36, kobe is only 30- lets see him in two years... mj= clutch, consistency, longevity, creativity, killer, merciless, inside/outside, defense, GOAT!

  • all of a sudden u can predict the future?? lmao... mann im just saying just wait till his career is over then we'll see who's the real GOAT.. anything can happen..

  • bynumkb24,

U really should stick to being the dumb ass kobe homer U obviously are & leave matters of b-ball & the history of the game to those of us who ARE informed & have some perspective on the matter..

U sound like the TYPICAL dumb ass kobe homer who when he can't back up his ignorant comments & "claims" about kobe, he just tries to discredit the other player, team or era in order to make a "Favorable" comparison for kobe..

U idiots are "WHY" kobe catches so much flak on YouTube..

  • Lebron, Kobe, & Shaq are one reason i dont want the NBA anymore. The other reason is MJ. Lebron is so unprofessional by making public comments of his future like going to NY in the next two years instead of focusing in a championship. Kobe, no leadership skills. Then, MJ leaving meant no more greatness & excitement in the NBA. simple as that.

  • oakley is gay and nead sum drugs

  • lol, idiot.

  • lol....ahahah ..its true..

  • i like kobe, but ur a dumbass

  • fuck u u piece of shit..

  • Kobe has not earned that title. GOAT. not even third. He has a mountain to climb. Dr. J, MJ, Bird, Magic, just to name a few.

  • Jordan came up clutch as usual damn...too bad they lost.

  • 2:02 wooooooo all day

  • too bad the nba isnt how it used to be. tthey used to let them settle it in the court. unlike now were u look a player the wrong way and its a technical foul. i miss the old nba and jordan

  • its all about money now.

  • this was the NBA at its best

  • this series wasnt the same as the past knick/bulls series. u never got the feeling the knicks had a chance at winning. in the past the games were kinda even talent wise. there was an excitement and nervousness to each game. in 96 though the bulls were so much better then everyone else it kinda got boring. i still enjoyed watching them destroy every team. its always fun watching jordan win every game.

  • Actually the Bulls were a little nervous. In game 4, the Knicks led throughout fourth quarter untill Patrick Ewing was called for consecutive traveling and Bulls set up Bill Wemmington for a surprise dunk.
