It looks like they remixed 2 versions of Seal's "Waiting for you" (as stated previously). To be exact, the beginning and end are simply taken from the original version and the faster version is a segment of the "Passengerz remix" version but with a slightly faster tempo (the remix is available on the released single of "Waiting for you" I think).
