  • u guys are dumb these products they make r great and worth the money i have went from 4 to 6 pack and got huge arms in 2 weeks tops it is fast and easy i have got people at my school buying them now i have every perfect product i recomend the perfect sit up it tones in supper fast and gives u nice abs thanks for this product ill keep getting people to buy them keep making stuff

  • yea thats a great combination if u also need to lose some weight. for me i'm trying to gain weight so i'm avoiding the running as it will just make it harder. i'm lucky in that respect because i've never been able to put on any weight, i've always been real skinny my whole life and still am at age 26.

  • It's a good system to have and I felt pretty good doing it, plus running a couple miles each night. It's all about consistency as well and not getting burned out. It helps if you have a partner to keep you motivated.

  • yea, Im a bit skeptical because im more of into getting big and not ripped. Im a pretty skinny guy I was wondering if I would buy this and buy the perfect pushup and mix it in with free weights. What would you do?

  • @maquino220 If you're goal is to get big and not soo much ripped concentrate heavily on your diet, assuming you're around 200 lbs I would get about 150 g of protein. You also need to follow a solid lifting plan but that may take time to develop, no class I've found focuses on size, you want to look at body building and develop your own system. w w w crossfit.com is a good routine but they also focus on performance so they do a lot of olympic type movements.

  • I got one of these and I use it 3 times a week for 5 minutes. It's incredable.
