@pilootnour5 well since i do fly and have a waiver the plane i know and i can hear has 2-4 turbines. it is required (depending on where you are) that you do have flaps. well the retractable gear is a question for the owner.

4JetCat P-120 Turbines, each 30 Lbs thrust that makes whole 120 Lbs thrust wow. Unit price of JetCat P-120 is $3,395 that makes $13,580 for only engines let alone the price of the RX, Receiver, IO Board , Plane Kit, servos etc. I'm sure this plane would be at least $23,000. As far as trouble is concerned, I did not see any trouble, only taxiing had little bit uncoordinated, and take off seems to be little short. Time of taking plane off should have been more than this take off on video.
