That was such a hard day for me to keep it together as your nurse, but strange as it may seem I'm very happy to have been there for you and your family on this day. What a truly terrible loss for your family, as well as the YouTube and BGG families. I feel as if I've lost a nephew. If it's any consolation, little Jack Vasel was loved by more people around the world in his two months than many people will ever be.

I dont think anyone is saying they dislike the video, I have to believe no one would do that. They are just saying they don't like what happened to Jack. I have to believe this is a misinterpretation :)

Oh my Gosh! That is a beautiful video. That was such a hard day for me to keep it together as your nurse, but strange as it may seem I'm very happy to have been there for you and your family on this day. Your daughters are lovely and sweet. Some people are in our lives just for a brief moment in time and I'm glad you were all in mine even though it was short. I will always remember the Vasel family and baby Jack :)

Words are, of course, useless at a time like this. But someday, you might want to - or need to - read them. As someone who understands a similar loss: you may be tempted someday to wonder whether you're better off forgetting. Don't. Every moment is a gift. Everyone offers us something precious, no matter how briefly we know them.

Tom - our entire Admin Team was in the midst of a 2-day Brainstorming Session when I got news of Jack. I stopped, showed them the video, and then we had prayer for you and your family. @rudyfortner2007 I think the "dislike" function is sometimes misunderstood. Perhaps they are expressing the fact that they "dislike" the fact that such a tragedy happened.

@rudyfortner2007 I think maybe the "dislike" is for the fact that Jack has passed on. What is there to like about that? One could argue that the "likes" for the video could be horribly misinterpreted as well, but I really don't think anybody thumbing this video up or down has cruel intentions. Let's not start an argument, let's just wish Tom and his family the best.
