I have it, and it's not that great. EA marketed as the greatest thing ever. I bought into the hype and got the galactic eddition. Wort decision of my gaming career. All it is is 5 mini games, and once u hit the space stage it's just repetitive to the max. Galactic Adventures had pumped a little more life into it, but it still gets boring. It's a shame that they didn't come out with the 2005 Spore. That was the shit!

Spore is between 3-4 Gigs.

If you don't have space on your computer for that, you may have a problem there.

Basically, Spore is the full game, you can do everything in it, create your Aliens, do the campaign and fly in space, etc. The Spore Creature Creator is cheaper, but you can only get the creation part of the game. You can only create your aliens but you can't make them evolve or play any of the main campaign. There's also a trial of the Spore creature creator on the main spore website if you wanna check that out.

agreed it is under rated. Not only is it an original never before seen species creator but it has great gameplay exceptional graphics (with the right PC) but it also has simple enough controls for children but the right amount of gameplay for older players aswell.

i would say 5/10 the bad annoying kiddy gameplay space stage is really what you only do creators are alywasy symetric forceing me to mod spore to make asymentric vechiles are underclased e.g:land vechles use jsut artilery cannons air uses lasers sea is the only decent ones stupid expansions that should be free ... goods almost unlimited content that makes replayablity fun finding your own creatures then killling them :) killing buddies creatures creature stage is expansive

this game has a lot stuff to do with your actions so if you are a boring person you wont enjoy the game, but i must to say EA cut off a lot of really good stuff in the game. like blood, a Water Stage between the cell stage and the creature stage, more step by step evolution that kind of stuff. but i think it is going to get better patch to patch. there 3 right now +creepy and cute expansion, and a new patch coming out this march.
