Seb I noticed a bit of a speech pattern that you might want to vary a bit. You say quite a lot "I'm not sure why..." when you see the guy doing something you dont approve of. Try and mix it up a bit by saying things like "Don't agree with.." "Doing XYZ is wrong" "Fail" etc
