That seemed pretty slow. Or maybe it was the angle from which I was watching it? (where it was recorded from.) I'm 2nd leg for my team's 4x100. What is your team's best time?
ya i was wondering that too and i realized that i have really short legs so my stride is short and i look slow...that was the 4x4 (i dont run sprints) my best tim in the relay was 56s
56 SECS? Thats pretty good. My best time for 400m is 1:04. Its alright since I'm in 8th but I could do better. As for relays, yea Im a sprinter, I do 4x100. I'm not the fastest tho. I run it at about 13 sec.Which is alright I guess.
I meant to say what is YOUR best time. Not your teams. Just wondering...
