  • It should be -> "& for a little bit finishing touch, a little more 'ORANGE JUICE' over the top"

  • Is there a different in taste between farmed and wild...!?

  • i am also a chef - and i would score the skin and cook it SKIN SIDE DOWN - as im sure mr ramsey would

  • @ 2:55 ... You mean to tell me it doesn't cook from the top down? Damn.

  • I tried this recipe and its awesome

  • i cook my salmon on medium heat, watching the color change from the bottom to middle (2:54) then flip. based on the color on the sides of it, it looks cooked but when i test it with a fork the center is raw, what am i doing wrong? i use a t-fal pan.

(thanks for the tips, i didn't know pregnant women weren't suppose to eat a lot of seafood)

  • Nice no nonsense video.

  • i love the way you cook , simplicity , thanks for all your help

  • Are you trained in the culinary arts, or have you just worked as a chef?

  • looks like a lemon

  • I tried and it was perfect for my forst time, but i had to guess with the heat, medium to high or just medium ;)

  • awesome job...keep cooking!

  • if keith was in hells kitchen... he'd so win.

  • i hop I would!

    Keith

  • i'd serve it with sum potatoes and green beans

  • how long does it take for the salmon to cook through? (I can't find the written recipe on your site)

  • I dont know how long he cooked it, but you want the salmon to become translucent. I would suggest that you sear the salmon flesh side down form the crust then pop it in the oven (in a castiron skillet (like a Lodge) and cook it for 8 minutes. Let the salmon while you prepare the sauce.

  • Actually, u can just look at the side of the salmon. When it's cooking, it will be white from bottom to top. So depending on the thickness of ur salmon, the time taken for the salmon to turn "white" varies.

  • It is best to leave some pink in the middle, then still juicy

  • Thanks alot for this receipe! I'll try making this Tomorrow night for dinner.

  • Keith, I just made your salmon recipe for dinner. My entire family thought it was fantastic!! Thanks for the great recipe!

  • wow that looks delicious thx

  • cant wait to try it out - looks like quite easy to make :)

    thanks!

  • I like the recipe! Looks Delicious.

  • nope :) cumin is cumin ...

coriander seed is the fruit of cilantro plant - that yields cilantro leaves - or coriander leaves as we call them in australia :) "dhaniya" in hindi

  • i like that you are funny and the camera man is close up to show how its cooking. great info on healty food and your good with details. Ill try it now!

  • hmmm i will have to try this one day, thanks!

  • Thank you! I did not know that coriander was cilantro seed. Man, that's one of those small little tips that goes a long way. Thanks again.

  • I'll be honest.. I agree!! I was waiting for the camerman to get his shot and my sauce evaporated a bit....one of the pitfalls of filming real cooking....I was hurrying him along....but in the end...it could have been a tad creamier!

    Keith

  • I would've wanted that sauce to be a bit creamier. I'd add some garlic powder on the salmon for sure.

  • sounds good to me!!

    Keith

  • not half bad. goes good with a pint of blue moon.
