well yeah jst keep that shit moving i couldnt bboy for almost a month since i had a spriand kneee i ws lucky enough to even break again a month later.. i ws so determined that i ws practicing freezess trying not to land on my bad leg... i learned that if u have a fallin body part lke ur left or right leg. practice freezess and dont land on the bad leg .thts how i got mad good at blow ups.. dont totaly stop this may sound lke bad advice but wen u acualy give it a try it might end up working

@bboyken08 Yo just remember to listen to your body. All that noise you see on MTV about just pushing yourself and fighting through an injury is bullshit. If you have a sprained ankle, don't try to get back on it immediately once you can walk on it. I tried to fight through a sprained ligament and ending up getting a lot of soft tissue damage and was off for two months. Now I'm having a hard time even getting my favorite footwork back. If you love to break, make sure you can do it for a while.

It's not going to be as flexible for a while. Once you're out of your cast, splint, whatever you have, just flex it out by trying to rotate it and walking on it. It'll take a while for it to get flexible, but you'll be able to break. When you think you're able, try and get on a stationary bike so that you can get cardio in so you can keep up your endurance. Try to stretch your other muscles after cardio. You won't get back to full breaking right away, but it'll definitely help to keep healthy.
