@Coolmax71 well dunno if he already did but yes, what happened after this was that they gave tarja the letter to say goodbye to her, you can look for the open letter on google, and thats why Tuomas named this concert End of an Era, because the Nightwish Era with Tarja just endet then. Now tarja makes solo Music and sounds much better so dont cry. :)
