Isnt this simillar to Hallowishes at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World ? Because the music sounds famillar.

It is indeed. In fact, this is the same exact music used in that show. The only difference between this and HalloWishes is that this is hosted by Jack Skellington, and HalloWishes is hosted by the Ghost Host from The Haunted Mansion.
