Another great post! Do you (or does anyone else out there) have "I Get a Nice Feeling" from the Feelings LP? That was probably my favorite song of Bob's, although this is right up there. Thanks again!
It is from the album People In Your Neighborhood. I have it posted for download at sesamestreetblockparty(dot)blogspot(dot)com
Remove the (dot) and put . I have several other Sesame Street albums posted just type people in your neighborhood in the search box at the top of the site to find it. Bob
aww, this is one of my favorites, too! Not only does Bob sing it just perfectly to capture the experience of recalling childhood memories, but his voice itself is one of those happy memories for so many who grew up with Sesame Street!
@disneysongtape I don't recall it ever seen sung on the show but I would suspect most SS songa used on the LP's were used on the show whether one remembers it or not.
In some cases the one who sings a song on the series may not be the same one who sang it on an LP version.
I always loved Bob....Dammit I'm crying now....

It makes me think of Mr Hooper... I remember how sweet he was to Ernie and Bert on the Christmas Eve special.....
